The 2024 Bataleon Blaster is the perfect mid-flexing binding that can handle whatever you throw at it. It loves to carve, press on rails and boxes, and stomp big jumps with ease. The full nylon highback gives the ideal amount of flex for tweaking all your tricks but can still hold an edge when charging down the mountain. Complete with a minidisk mounting system to give maximum board feel and response underfoot, enjoy one of the most versatile and fun-to-ride bindings on the market.

 

Flex: Medium – 5/10 (1 Soft – 10 Stiff)

Board Compatibility: This binding uses the Mini Disc which is compatible with boards featuring a 2×4 mounting system and the Burton Channel system. Not compatible with 4×4 mounting systems.

Base Plate: AsymWrap Chassis

Bataleon’s AsymWrap Chassis was designed for maximum tweakability while still having a surfy, easy riding feel underfoot. This true freestyle shaped chassis offers a great strength-to-weight ratio. It also features an adjustable baseplate with adjustable padding that helps fit a wider range of boot sizes.

High Back: Astro Highback

A three-faceted, full nylon highback that has a freestyle flex pattern, ideal for tweaking grabs and presses in the park but still offers incredible edge hold while charging the mountain. This highback is fully adjustable with a tool free forward lean adjuster and can be rotated to follow your heelside edge for better energy transfer.

Straps: Transfer Ankle Strap + Infinity Toe Strap

The Transfer Ankle Strap offers a one-piece injection creating the lightest ankle strap that Bataleon offers. By wrapping around your boot perfectly, it has a hinge that allows articulation and flex so you have equal pressure and support along your boot.

The Infinity Toe Strap was designed with 3D Auxetic Shape Technology to make a hinged pattern that expands around the boot without any distortion. This offers unmatched grip and comfort for your feet.

Additional Features:

Sub-base Padding

By using traditional EVA padding underfoot you get less chatter from your board and feels better when stomping big landings while giving balanced comfort and support under your foot.

Fast Entry

For easier entry and exit from your bindings, the strap uses its concave shape to pop open when released.

Kink Ladder

The Kink Ladders allow you to change the feel of how your bindings ride but choosing a high or low position on your boot. Use the lower option for a more surfy feel and the higher for more powerful response.

TwoStep Toe Ladder

Two positions for each side of your toe strap to customise the fit for any boot shape and size.

ToadGrip Heelrubber

An extra grippy rubber traction pad protects the back of your boot and keeps it locked in at all times.
